Subscription Renewal:

If you renew your subscription before its expiry date, the chosen subscription period will be added to the remaining period of your current subscription.

6. Refund Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

At DYOR.net, we are committed to offering complete satisfaction to our users. Please note that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts of digital content supply not provided on a tangible medium if the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of their loss of withdrawal right.

Immediate Execution of the Service:
We understand that our clients want immediate access to the services they subscribe to. Therefore, DYOR.net begins the execution of services immediately after the contract is concluded and payment is made by the client. By accepting this immediate execution, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal for the current subscription period, thus allowing immediate access to our platform's tools and features.

Pro-rata Right of Withdrawal:
In the event a client wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal following a request for immediate execution of the contract, DYOR.net will apply a pro-rata refund policy. This means that the client will be refunded the amounts paid, calculated pro-rata for the remaining contract duration from the date of withdrawal. For 360-day subscriptions, in case of cancellation within the first 30 days, an amount corresponding to one month's subscription at the standard rate will be retained. The rest will be refunded pro-rata for the unused months. This policy aims to recognize the initial cost of access to our complete services and to ensure fair practice for all users.

To exercise your right of withdrawal in this specific context, please contact us via support@dyor.net clearly indicating your wish to withdraw, as well as the necessary information to identify your order (name, email address used during subscription, and order number).

DYOR.net commits to processing your request as quickly as possible and to inform you of the steps followed for the pro-rata refund, which will be performed via the same payment method used during the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed by the client.

7. User Responsibilities

Account Security:
As a user of DYOR.net, you are responsible for the security of your account, including the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:
